Q: DOES LCG OFFER REFUNDS?

A: All sales are final. The client or LCG may terminate or postpone the agreement with a  written notice received 30 days in advance. Please note: Any and all retainer fees must be paid in full prior to LCG’s submission of client deliverables, strategy, or extended campaign research.

 

Q: AM I GUARANTEED PLACEMENTS WITH PUBLICATIONS/MEDIA ENTITIES?

A: LCG is only able to guarantee pitches sent to specific media outlets. LCG cannot control earned outcomes via editorial coverage or influencer/creator content. However, LCG will draft, pitch and coordinate paid media opportunities upon request.
